The equipment for the rest area on the River Tamiš in Uzdin was financed by the EU through the INTERREG IPA CBS Romania-Serbia program within the project "BANAT GREENWAY CORRIDOR - Connecting people with nature and culture".

The street leading from the village of Uzdin to the rest area is: Šumska street.

River Tamiš is a lowland river with total length 359 km, of which 241 km of its flow is in Romania and 118 km in Serbia. It rises in the northern part of the Romanian Carpathians, passes through the entire Banat and flows into the Danube in Pancevo.
